Tucked in the rolling landscape of Lake District, they said the vows at historical Langdale Chase in Windermere.
The wedding day began with preparation at Langdale Chase Hotel. It’s not everyday I get to photograph a bride getting ready for her wedding day in the classic English country house built in 1890 …but I loved every minute of shooting around the Langdale Chase and discovering gorgeous views around every corner.

Large imposing rooms, oak-panelled and mellowed with the years, a collection of fine oil paintings, ornate carved fireplaces and the magnificent oak staircase tell their own story of a hotel rich in history and character. That is the perfect setting for wedding.
