Family sessions are my favourite thing to photograph — and the messiest, and the most unpredictable, and honestly, the most rewarding. I'm not looking for everyone to stand still and smile at the camera. I'm looking for the moment your toddler makes a run for it, the way your partner looks at you when you're not watching, and the unscripted laughter that happens when everyone finally just relaxes.

What to Expect From Your Session

Every family session starts with a conversation — about your family, your kids, what makes you you. I suggest locations based on what suits you, handle all the posing guidance gently in the background, and do my best to make the whole thing feel less like a photoshoot and more like a nice evening out with your camera-toting friend.

Sessions take place outdoors across Greater Manchester — from golden rapeseed fields and woodland walks to urban parks and canal-side spots. I'll always recommend the best location for the season and the light.

What if my kids don't cooperate?

They never do — and that's completely fine. I build extra time into every session and work at your children's pace. Some of the best images come from exactly the moments you didn't plan.

Where do sessions take place?

Outdoors across Greater Manchester. I'll suggest locations based on your family, the season, and the look you love.

How long until we receive our photos?

Your edited gallery will be ready within 3 weeks of your session. Heirloom clients receive priority editing within 2 weeks.

Can we include our dog?

Absolutely. Dogs are welcome, and honestly, often the best part.
